Imagine
the easy way to getting a marine survey. You could get in touch with a registered surveyor, who will give you value for money and a realistic purchase price for your next boat.
Once the boat evaluations have taken place you’ll get insurance and financing in a matter of hours. That’s the National Marine Bankers Association (NMBA) way.
Now imagine
you choose a surveyor who is not part of NMBA. The story is not so straight forward. Yes you’ll get a survey, but will it be recognized by NMBA members? Will be recognized by non members? The answer is probably not.
It is a tricky field but your on the winning team
So what?
You could find yourself with a unrecognized survey. That’s wasting time and money. Which are the two most valuable commodities going. Coupled with the above, you would have to settle for a more expensive quote.
